Lorenzo Gabrielli

Lorenzo Gabrielli, PhD, is a  researcher at the Italian National Research Council (CNR), Istituto di Scienza e Tecnologie dell’Informazione (ISTI). His main expertise is the development of innovative tools in the domain of migration and customs risk assessment. Over the last years, he has gained experience in the analysis of Big Data with Data Mining and Machine Learning techniques collaborating with several public and private research institutes. He is an expert in managing geospatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS) and programming languages (Java, Python, and R).
